Mid-Level Bid Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Mid-Level Bid Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of bids, proposals, renewals, expansions and cross‑sell opportunities across Stefanini’s IT services portfolio. You will own the bid lifecycle, bringing together Sales, Solution Leads, Pricing, Delivery, Finance, Legal and partners to create cohesive, customer‑focused proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the bid lifecycle from intake through planning, submission, clarification, negotiation and handover, managing milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross‑sell, renewals and multi‑tower opportunities, aligning teams across infrastructure, digital workplace, applications, cybersecurity, ServiceNow and transition.
• Develop and maintain bid plans, governance structures and documentation, ensuring compliance and addressing risks.
• Prepare client‑facing materials, presentations and bid defenses, progressively taking ownership of meeting facilitation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects, bids or proposals.
• Strong project coordination, deadline management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal; German is a plus.
• Relevant education or certifications (e.g., ITIL, APMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, CAPM).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
