Microsoft 365 & Azure AD Professional Services Engineer

About the role

Stefanini Group is looking for a skilled Professional Services Engineer to join its Digital Workplace Platforms (DWP) team. You will work on technical projects, analyse business requirements and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure AD solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and gather customer requirements during due‑diligence activities.
• Collaborate with DWP architects, IT supply peers and customers to implement O365, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) solutions.
• Create high‑level and low‑level technical documentation aligned with architecture standards.
• Participate in rollout and migration activities, including large‑scale mailbox, OneDrive and SharePoint migrations.
• Execute implementation tasks, ensure quality, and follow best practices.
• Prepare hand‑over documentation for operations and provide post‑implementation hypercare support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and related collaboration technologies.
• Proven experience in large‑scale migrations (5,000+ users) using tools such as Quest or Power Sync Pro.
• Strong knowledge of Single Sign‑On concepts and enterprise SSO integrations.
• Experience with IT Service Management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
