About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive the online smartphone store at Breezy. You will be the main point of contact for customers arriving via our website, helping them choose the right devices and completing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Sell high‑quality smartphones and related accessories to customers who submit requests through the website.
• Provide personalized consultation, matching gadgets to customer needs.
• Answer inbound calls and manage live chat conversations.
• Process website orders, handle inquiries, and keep the client database up‑to‑date in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electronics sales, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Romanian and Russian.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and strong interpersonal abilities.
