Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Specialist to join our fast‑paced logistics team. You will be the main point of contact for driver maintenance requests, ensuring that our fleet remains safe, reliable, and compliant with all safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log maintenance requests from drivers.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors and in‑house mechanics.
• Schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and service appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2) – both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
