About the role

M3Cargo, an international logistics company operating between China and Europe, is expanding its team. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage LTL shipments from transport booking to final delivery, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post transport requests on freight exchanges and select carriers based on price and schedule.
• Enter shipment data and bids into Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate daily with carriers, warehouses and forwarders via phone and WhatsApp.
• Monitor shipments until final unloading, collect CMR documents and invoices.
• Handle small parcels through courier services such as Pallex and FedEx.
• Consolidate multiple shipments into a single truck load.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably LTL and freight exchange operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and transport market pricing.
• Fluent Romanian (mandatory) and Russian or English for internal communication.
• Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail.
