Key Accounts Executive

About the role

Philip Morris Sales & Marketing Ltd. is seeking a motivated Key Accounts Executive to join its Commercial team. The role focuses on growing the business by managing relationships with assigned key accounts, implementing commercial initiatives, and ensuring compliance with tobacco control legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned key account partners.
• Develop and execute account‑specific commercial plans aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and support the creation of mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track key business indicators, analyse performance, and recommend growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver account initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations, internal standards, and PMI’s responsible business practices.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG sales and territory management.
• Proven ability to apply negotiation techniques and core sales principles.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and key‑account partner engagement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
