Key Account Manager VAD Moldova

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be the primary interface with VAD key customers in Moldova, ensuring commitments are met and driving strong business development for ASBIS.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the entry and exit point for ASBIS VAD partners in Moldova, handling business maintenance and growth.
• Build and sustain long‑term trust‑based relationships with local partners.
• Plan sales by key accounts, brands, categories and SKUs.
• Conduct daily communication, negotiations, order processing, new‑product listings and promotional actions.
• Create commercial offers and protect proposed solutions.
• Report activities through CRM and PSI tools.
• Collaborate with local and central ASBIS focus teams.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles such as KAM, BDM or Product Manager.
• Proven knowledge of the local IT market.
• Strong customer orientation and networking abilities.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Result‑driven, stress‑tolerant, analytical and systematic.
• Independent decision‑making and responsibility.
