Junior Software Engineer

About the role

Cegeka is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join its agile development team. You will work on complex business applications, using the latest .NET technologies, and contribute to delivering high‑value solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET based applications according to functional specifications.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Write clean, readable code and perform refactoring when needed.
• Apply test‑driven development practices to ensure software quality.
• Integrate applications with external systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science or a Master’s in Computer Science.
• Enthusiasm for building complex business applications and learning new technologies.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Open mindset towards agile ways of working.

Required skills

• .NET development
• Microsoft Azure (training provided)
