Junior RPA Developer – UiPath

About the role

We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer to join our team in Chisinau. You will work with business analysts to design, develop and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, contributing to the digital transformation of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test and document RPA workflows in UiPath Studio.
• Deploy bots and monitor their performance via UiPath Orchestrator.
• Debug, troubleshoot and provide post‑deployment support.
• Maintain technical and end‑user documentation and ensure quality through QA procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and RPA governance.

Required skills

• UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Programming in C#, VB.NET, Python, JavaScript, Java or C/C++.
• SQL or NoSQL database knowledge.
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with HTML and web technologies.
