Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about IT and want to start a career in technical support. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Moldova while supporting US‑based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone quickly and effectively.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Help and guide customers with technical and billing‑related questions.
• Act as a customer advocate by communicating unique challenges and feedback.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a personal, outstanding experience.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• High school diploma.
• Interest in building a career in Linux or Windows system administration or troubleshooting virtual workstations.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for problem solving.
• Enthusiasm for helping people and learning quickly.
• Willingness to work afternoon and night shifts in your local time zone.
