Junior Bid Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Bid Manager to support the coordination and delivery of bids, proposals, renewals, expansions and cross‑sell opportunities across Stefanini’s IT services portfolio. This is a skills‑first role ideal for an early‑career professional with strong organization and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bid and proposal activities, defining timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales, solution leads, pricing, delivery, finance, legal and partners to gather required information and approvals.
• Organise meetings, track actions, manage dependencies, risks and outstanding items.
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
• Prepare, review and consolidate client‑facing proposals, presentations and related materials.
• Keep bid documentation, trackers and records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Identify bottlenecks and follow up with stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Gradually take on opportunity qualification, pursuit planning and commercial coordination.

Required profile

• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience; Bachelor’s in a technical field is a plus.
• 1+ years experience coordinating projects, workstreams or multi‑stakeholder activities.
• Advanced organizational, cross‑functional collaboration and rapid learning skills.
• Excellent English communication; advanced German is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Medium knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
