HCI AI & Automation Technical Architect

About the role

Stefanini Group is looking for an HCI AI & Automation Technical Architect to join its Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure (HCI) cluster within the Infrastructure Services Division. The role focuses on designing and delivering automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and lower costs across cloud and IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy automation solutions for cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Automate business processes and IT operations to increase speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Create integration services linking monitoring platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or ManageEngine.
• Lead automation projects from concept through delivery, ensuring technical and business objectives are met.
• Provide training and coaching on automation tools and best practices to team members and clients.
• Continuously assess and refine automation strategies to keep pace with evolving technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑4 years of proven experience in automation of cloud and IT operations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication in English.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• DevOps tools: Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• ITSM integration: ServiceNow, ManageEngine.
• Automation design and implementation.
