Grading operator

About the role

Breezy, a leader in trade‑in and device refurbishment, is looking for a Grading Operator to join its Chișinău office. You will be responsible for assessing the condition of returned electronics and preparing them for resale, ensuring each device meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that devices match their original specifications at every testing stage.
• Perform visual and technical inspections using a checklist and grading system.
• Prepare devices for pre‑sale, including documentation and transfer to the finished‑goods warehouse.
• Photograph devices according to company standards and upload images to the system.
• Coordinate transportation of devices from partner companies, ensuring timely order fulfillment and proper paperwork.

Required profile

• Personal experience using smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, and headphones.
• Familiarity with major brands and operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows).
• Understanding of hardware components of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches.
