Full‑stack Java Developer – Digital Media Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑stack Java Developer to join a fast‑growing digital media product team. The role focuses on building and enhancing a platform that delivers real‑time audience insights, segmentation and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data scientists to design and implement new platform features.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the product.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, gRPC and REST APIs.
• Build responsive front‑end components with Vue.js (React optional) and integrate them with backend services.
• Optimize data pipelines for large‑scale, real‑time processing using Kafka, Vertica, Druid and NoSQL stores.
• Ensure high availability, performance and security across AWS and on‑premises environments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Proactive communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call (pager‑duty) rotation.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
