FIT Reservation Manager (Italian)

About the role

Roundtrip is seeking a detail‑oriented FIT Reservation Manager who will handle end‑to‑end travel arrangements for premium corporate accounts and VIP travelers. The role combines expert consulting, supplier negotiation, and full‑cycle booking management to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, managing requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM.
• Provide tailored travel consulting, recommending optimal flights, hotels, transfers, and premium services worldwide.
• Book travel through Roundtrip’s online platform and coordinate offline arrangements with global suppliers (hotels, DMCs, rail, ferries, cruises, airlines).
• Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions directly with hotels and service partners.
• Oversee the full booking lifecycle, including confirmations, payments (virtual cards), vouchers, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, resolve operational issues, and proactively escalate incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or premium travel management (TMC, DMC, high‑touch operations).
• Strong knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destinations.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for demanding corporate clients.
• Ability to manage multiple complex requests with high accuracy.
