Financial Analyst

About the role

Trevolution is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business‑performance analysis, providing insights that drive strategic decisions across a fast‑growing international travel‑services company.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Profit & Loss statements to identify key drivers and trends.
• Evaluate unit metrics to assess performance at product or business‑unit level.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, Compliance and senior leadership to develop accurate forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor actual financial performance against forecasts and explain variances.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc financial performance reports for management.
• Present findings and recommendations, translating complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controlling or a similar role.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, audit or fast‑growing technology companies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an asset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Looker for dashboard development.
