About the role

Join FivePlus’ advanced Dispatch Intelligence team to transform reactive freight handling into strategic, profit‑driven operations for elite U.S. and Canadian carriers. You will design smarter load flows for mid‑sized fleets and apply proprietary frameworks that turn market chaos into clear margin opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer load‑flow strategies that boost efficiency for fleets of 50–200 trucks.
• Optimize loads, negotiate with brokers and make risk‑assessment calls on a daily basis.
• Apply FivePlus’ analytical frameworks to improve freight profitability.
• Collaborate on‑site with the team to drive continuous improvement and mentor junior staff when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience dispatching U.S. lanes, including partials, oversize and complex freight.
• Independent operator mindset with ownership of daily processes.
• Strategic thinker capable of turning market volatility into margin clarity.
• Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.
• Mature, reliable team player with a desire to grow.
