Experienced Assurance Process Associate – Competency Centre

About the role

As an Assurance Experienced Process Associate you will support audit and assurance engagements for PwC’s Competency Centre in Moldova. You will work from planning through to completion, collaborating closely with senior staff and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality audit reports for large, international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements from planning activities to final delivery.
• Work directly with seniors or managers on assigned tasks and support overall audit progression.
• Coordinate and act as the primary reviewer of work performed by shared service centres.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to practice growth.
• Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with firm quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics with a focus on accounting, audit, or economic informatics.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting or audit.
• Ability to produce quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Good written English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a self‑motivated, team‑oriented attitude.
