Driver Care Manager – Chisinau Office

About the role

As a Driver Care Manager you will be the main point of contact for more than 150 international drivers operating from our Chisinau office. You will ensure smooth operational execution, compliance and high driver satisfaction while supporting day‑to‑day logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan driver schedules, including departures and returns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date driver documentation and records.
• Use the company’s software to monitor driver activities and resolve issues.
• Register and resolve driver complaints promptly.
• Provide salary information and other support to drivers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational discipline.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English, Romanian and Russian (spoken & written).
• Strong MS Office proficiency and confidence with office systems.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume operations (150+ drivers).
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
