About the role

Join FivePlus as a Dispatcher focused on U.S. freight operations. You will work on‑site in Chișinău, planning and managing loads for carriers across multiple U.S. regions while contributing to a high‑performance, data‑driven dispatch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, book, and manage loads for U.S. carriers across multiple regions.
• Negotiate with brokers and partners to maximize profitability.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with drivers and partners.
• Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and uphold FivePlus dispatch standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience dispatching for U.S.-based carriers.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Full‑time on‑site availability in Chișinău.
• Analytical mindset with fast decision‑making under pressure.
• Goal‑oriented, disciplined, and detail‑driven approach.
• Professionalism, reliability, and respect for operational standards.
