Dispatcher

About the role

Alps2Alps is seeking an organized Dispatcher to coordinate transfer services in real time. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, drivers, Customer Service, and the Planning team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient day‑of‑service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among clients, drivers, Customer Service, and Planning.
• Monitor real‑time transportation operations to guarantee efficiency and timely service.
• Support customers on the day of service, resolving any issues or delays.
• Use dispatch and communication tools such as IP phones, Slack, and CRM systems.
• Handle unexpected situations quickly to minimise service disruption.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the dispatch system.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction and operational success.

Required profile

• Proficiency with IP phones, Slack, and other messaging apps.
• Experience using dispatch management systems.
• Background in logistics, tourism, taxi services, or goods‑delivery coordination.
• Reliable PC equipped with headphones and a microphone.
• Stable internet connection for remote work.
• Fluent English (C1); Russian or French is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Alpine geographic locations.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts.
• Strong adaptability and problem‑solving abilities.
