Director of Marketing

About the role

Beauty Factory, a fast‑growing multi‑brand cosmetics retailer, is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead and structure its marketing function. You will shape both online and offline strategies, working closely with sales, e‑commerce and other departments to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Plan and schedule all marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor performance results.
• Lead the marketing team and external collaborators.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, e‑commerce and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience coordinating campaigns.
• Strong analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
• Initiative, autonomy and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in retail, beauty or e‑commerce is a plus.
