Director of Dispatch Intelligence

About the role

FivePlus is building a next‑generation AI‑driven dispatch platform for U.S. carriers. As Director of Dispatch Intelligence you will shape the strategic brain behind dispatch operations, turning chaotic data into actionable intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑enabled dispatch models that capture real‑world insights and patterns.
• Engineer profitability frameworks by modeling costs, load flows, capacity planning and risk‑adjusted decisions.
• Create SOPs, playbooks and negotiation guides for senior dispatch teams.
• Mentor senior dispatchers and lead multi‑level operational teams.
• Bridge dispatch operations with analytics, financial modeling and predictive systems.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in U.S. trucking dispatch and operations.
• Deep understanding of trucking economics, load‑flow engineering and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Fluent English; Romanian or Russian is a plus.
