Director Financiar (CFO)

About the role

We are seeking a Director Financiar (CFO) to lead the financial function of the company, ensuring stability and efficiency across all financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the finance department, including accounting and treasury functions.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and relationships with banks.
• Develop and monitor the budget and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Prepare financial and managerial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Coordinate reporting to the National Bank of Moldova and maintain relations with supervisory authorities.
• Oversee internal financial control, receivables, and payables.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience; banking experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash‑flow management and financial control.
• Knowledge of Moldovan financial‑accounting and tax legislation.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages.
