DevTools Co‑Founder / CSO – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale a DevTools startup as a Co‑Founder and Chief Strategy Officer. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our network of serial entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a DevTools startup from idea to market.
• Participate in a personal development programme designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support from a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
