DevOps Engineer – RPA Platform Deployment

About the role

The DevOps Deployment Engineer will support the client’s hosted contact‑center automation platform, handling installations, upgrades, releases and hot‑fixes across development, testing and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with DevSecOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions.
• Plan and coordinate product releases, hot‑fixes and service packs across all environments.
• Improve deployment processes and tools to increase speed, reliability and scalability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and logging solutions for production health.
• Investigate and resolve deployment issues together with development, QA and operations teams.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a DevOps or deployment‑automation role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in distributed cloud environments.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• AWS cloud platform.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Terraform and Ansible.
• Jenkins, Gerrit, Bitbucket.
• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Python, Shell, PowerShell scripting.
• Grafana and ELK stack for monitoring and logging.
