About the role

Join PwC Moldova’s External Audit team as a Developing Senior Auditor. This fixed‑term position offers fresh graduates the chance to work on assurance projects for financial‑services clients, leveraging modern technology to enhance audit quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing audit strategies and detailed audit plans, including risk assessments and understanding client business processes.
• Execute operational audit activities such as data collection, performing audit procedures, and reviewing work for quality.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to deliver project stages on time and in line with PwC quality standards.
• Continuously learn audit planning, project and time management skills on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or expected to graduate within the next 12 months from any field.
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.
• Motivated to learn, curious, organized and able to multitask.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Experience using presentation tools (PowerPoint).
