Delivery / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery / Project Manager to keep projects on track, within scope and aligned with client goals. The role bridges engineering, design and stakeholder teams, ensuring risks are managed and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, scope and budget while monitoring progress.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineering, design and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Drive agile delivery practices and ensure adherence to sprint commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software or AI projects.
• Fluent communicator in English and Romanian or Russian.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.
