Cybersecurity Co-Founder / Head of Growth (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to lead the growth of a new cybersecurity startup. You will be hired directly by our founding team and will own, build, and scale the venture from the ground up while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the cybersecurity product.
• Lead product‑market‑fit experiments and iterate based on feedback.
• Build and manage a sales and marketing engine to acquire customers.
• Recruit top talent through our extensive professional network.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
