Corporate Travel Operations Specialist

About the role

Roundtrip is seeking a detail‑oriented Corporate Travel Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for premium corporate accounts and VIP travelers. You will act as the primary liaison for B2B partners, ensuring seamless experiences from initial request through post‑trip support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, handling complex requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM.
• Provide expert travel consulting, delivering tailored solutions for flights, hotels, transfers, and premium services worldwide.
• Execute bookings through our online platform and directly with global suppliers, including hotels, DMCs, rail, ferries, cruises, and airlines.
• Negotiate rates and terms with hotels and service partners to secure optimal agreements for corporate clients.
• Manage the full booking lifecycle—confirmations, payments (including virtual card processing), vouchers, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, resolve operational issues, and proactively escalate incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business travel management, TMC/DMC operations, or high‑touch corporate travel services.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destination management.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with demanding corporate clients and suppliers.
• Strong organizational abilities and precision in handling multiple complex requests simultaneously.
