Consultant Comercial Educațional

About the role

We are looking for an Educational Commercial Consultant to turn parent interest into real conversations, match children with suitable programs, and guide prospects to enrollment decisions. You will work with leads who have already expressed interest in IUCOSOFT courses.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with parents and students interested in IUCOSOFT courses.
• Respond promptly to messages and phone calls.
• Contact new leads and qualify them.
• Identify the most suitable program for each child.
• Explain differences between courses and answer questions.
• Perform follow‑up activities to move prospects toward enrollment.
• Manage leads in a CRM system and keep records up to date.
• Track enrollments and commercial results.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Initiative, responsibility and strong listening ability.
• Discipline and availability for phone work.
• Result‑oriented mindset and desire to learn.
• Fluent Romanian (mandatory); Russian is a plus.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not required.

What we offer
