Construction Administrator / Project Director

About the role

OLIMP Invest Group is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator / Project Director to oversee projects from initiation through completion. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management of on‑site activities, ensuring each project meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from planning to handover.
• Organise and supervise on‑site operations, coordinating daily tasks and resources.
• Control human, material, and financial resources to optimise efficiency.
• Ensure projects comply with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor safety regulations and industry legislation to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar construction administration or project director role.
• Strong knowledge of the local Moldovan market and construction legislation.
• Proven organisational, coordination and leadership abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian is an advantage.
• A degree in construction, engineering or management is a plus.
