Concierge Manager

About the role

The Concierge Manager will lead all concierge operations for Fly Luxury, a luxury‑travel provider, ensuring premium guest experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position in Chișinău coordinates travel reservations, special requests, and personalized recommendations for high‑end clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and travel arrangements, including first‑class and business‑class bookings.
• Coordinate special guest requests and provide tailored accommodation and local service recommendations.
• Supervise the concierge team, organize workflow, and ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, airline partners, and internal departments.
• Handle night‑shift duties as required to support global travel schedules.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience in travel arrangements and concierge services.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and address premium client needs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with travel booking systems is mandatory.
• Highly organized with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
