Compliance Coordinator

About the role

US Software Solutions is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join its Compliance Department. The role focuses on reviewing contracts, managing licensing processes, and supporting onboarding activities within a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Read, review, and interpret various contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify, analyze, and report on potential risks or discrepancies in contract terms.
• Maintain organized records of contract documentation and amendments.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs.
• Support the onboarding process by verifying documents and ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure contract compliance and facilitate onboarding.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on compliance standards and legal requirements relevant to the industry.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance compliance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous experience in contract administration, compliance, or legal support preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2+).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
