Client Sales Consultant

About the role

Silverlight Research Group is an expert network that connects clients with industry specialists. As a Client Sales Consultant you will own the commercial relationship with existing and prospective clients, generate new expert network projects and grow repeat business. The role is fully remote and operates on a self‑employed contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective clients via phone, email and approved channels to generate new expert network projects.
• Pitch the company’s services and convert suitable opportunities into paying client relationships.
• Follow up with allocated clients, identify upcoming research needs and maximise repeat project activity.
• Act as the commercial owner during live projects, coordinating with the delivery team to ensure booked calls are completed.
• Protect and grow high‑value accounts while maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Required profile

• Degree or current studies in mathematics, finance, business, science or economics.
• Confident phone and written communication in English.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and daily activity targets.
• Organised, self‑managed and able to work remotely on a fixed schedule.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base compensation of US$800 per month.
• Performance commission of up to US$2,000, bringing total possible earnings to US$2,800 per month.
• Flexible part‑time or full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9 hours per day).
• Opportunity to work remotely from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Moldova, North Macedonia or Romania.
