About the role

ISpeedToLead is a fast‑growing, bootstrapped marketplace that sells pay‑per‑lead data to real‑estate wholesalers, investors and agents across the United States. The company is profitable with over $15 M ARR and a global team of about 50. The Chief Operating Officer will take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, allowing the CEO to focus on product vision and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company operating system: department goals, KPIs, weekly scoreboards and accountability for Supply, Demand and Marketplace teams.
• Lead department heads, run cadence meetings, remove blockers and ensure each leader meets two core KPIs with safeguards against metric manipulation.
• Enforce P&L discipline, monitor unit economics per department, set cost caps and drive the organization toward monthly net‑profit targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launches that require simultaneous work from Supply, Demand and Product teams.
• Oversee hiring, org‑design and scaling into new lead verticals such as insurance and loans.

Required profile

• Proven experience running operations at a proptech or marketplace with at least $10 M annual revenue.
• Deep understanding of CPL, EPL, funnel metrics and refund economics.
• Track record of managing remote, multi‑time‑zone teams.
• Data‑driven, scoreboard‑oriented mindset; able to simplify processes and act decisively.
• Direct communication style; comfortable challenging the CEO when necessary.
• Bonus: experience guiding a company through a major scale‑up or exit.
