Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Finance Leadership

About the role

NH Tech is seeking a senior finance leader to bring structure, clarity, and financial control to a fast‑growing operational business with projects across Europe, especially Sweden. The CFO will play a strategic role in shaping financial processes and supporting business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Financial control and cash‑flow management
• Project cost analysis for construction, telecom, and data‑centre initiatives
• Budgeting and long‑term financial planning
• Optimization of internal financial processes
• Providing clear financial insights to support management decisions

Required profile

• Practical, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of both numbers and business operations
• Experience with international operations and EU financial processes
• Background in construction, telecom, data‑centre projects, or Swedish‑related finance is a strong advantage
