About the role

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and deliver high‑quality customer care on board and on the ground.
• Perform in‑flight duties in line with company policies, including safety briefings and emergency procedures.
• Manage in‑flight sales, cash handling, and ticketing services.
• Welcome passengers with a smile, assist them throughout the flight, and uphold Wizz Air values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of at least 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid passport with at least six months remaining and the right to work in the applying country.
• Ability to swim.
• Residence within 60 minutes of the chosen base or willingness to relocate.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Vision prescription not exceeding +4 or –4 diopters.
• Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
