Business/System Analyst – Creatio

About the role

Moldindconbank is seeking a Business/System Analyst with hands‑on Creatio experience to help build its Unified Front System – a single‑window platform supporting SME lending, retail banking and contact‑center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Creatio solutions.
• Configure BPMN processes, DCM and Freedom UI components.
• Design and implement integrations with core banking, data‑warehouse, card processing and telephony systems.
• Prepare API specifications and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams throughout development and user‑acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst working with Creatio.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills.
• Banking experience is a plus.
