About the role

Join BairesDev as a Business Process Modeling Consultant, helping clients modernize legacy and mainframe-class systems. You will create detailed process models that serve as the structural foundation for re‑architecting applications onto modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed process models that capture workflows for application modernization initiatives.
• Apply systems engineering principles to accurately represent complex technical and business processes.
• Deliver project‑based, client‑facing consulting engagements focused on process modeling.
• Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders to refine and improve models.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business process modeling.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional services experience with client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe‑class systems to cloud platforms (Java, Go.NET).
• Excellent requirements‑gathering skills and advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: familiarity with mainframe or COBOL environments.
