Business Development Manager – Apple B2B

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Apple B2B will be the primary interface with key Apple partners in Moldova, driving sales growth and ensuring delivery of commitments to customers. You will lead the B2B sales effort, develop new solutions, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage B2B sales activities in Moldova and implement the sales plan in line with budget targets.
• Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and set performance tasks.
• Develop and promote new vertical‑market solutions based on Apple and non‑Apple products.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, including CRM and sales‑pipeline management.
• Negotiate with key regional clients and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Monitor KPIs of regional B2B teams, control financial indicators, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles such as KAM, BDM or Product Manager.
• Proven knowledge of the local Moldovan market.
• Strong customer orientation, networking ability and English proficiency (intermediate or higher).
• Result‑driven, analytical, systematic, and able to work independently.
