Business Analyst

About the role

You will join a well‑established European gaming technology initiative that delivers real‑money gaming solutions to licensed operators worldwide. The project focuses on building engaging, responsible, and high‑performing digital entertainment experiences through a Games‑as‑a‑Service (GaaS) model.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and product owners.
• Translate requirements into development‑ready items, analysing system capabilities and proposing effective solutions.
• Model and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and product value.
• Identify risks, opportunities and impacts of existing and proposed solutions.
• Create clear functional specifications and help clients adapt to evolving business or regulatory contexts.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in betting, gambling or online gaming.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proven stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation abilities.
