Business Analyst – Gaming Technology

About the role

You will join a well‑established European gaming technology initiative that delivers real‑money gaming solutions to licensed operators worldwide. The team builds engaging, responsible, high‑performance digital entertainment experiences for its Games‑as‑a‑Service platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Translate requirements into development‑ready items, analysing system capabilities and proposing solutions.
• Model and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and product value.
• Identify risks, opportunities and impacts of existing and proposed solutions.
• Create clear functional specifications and communicate technical concepts to the wider team.
• Assist clients in defining needs amid evolving business or regulatory contexts.
• Support planning and coordination activities to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Previous experience in the betting, gambling or online gaming industry.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Agile methodology expertise (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with scaled frameworks such as SAFe, Scaled Scrum or Lean.
• Requirement prioritisation, scope management and solution feasibility evaluation.
