Business Analyst – Commercial Operations (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Sales & Business Development team and support Parkopedia’s global commercial operations. The role focuses on market intelligence, data analysis and AI‑driven insights to improve pipeline visibility, customer insights and revenue forecasting. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with Account Managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, customer performance and mobility industry insights.
• Research competitors and market developments using AI tools.
• Provide commercial insights and growth opportunities to Account Managers.
• Monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing and revenue forecasts.
• Analyse transaction data across parking, charging, fuel and tolling products.
• Improve CRM data quality, reporting and pipeline visibility.
• Produce regular commercial reports to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with experience handling large datasets.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
