Bid and Proposal Manager

About the role

Salt Edge is seeking a Bid and Proposal Manager to own the end‑to‑end RFP process. The role will identify opportunities, manage procurement platforms and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver complete, compliant bids on time.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and register on relevant procurement platforms, maintain registrations and set up monitoring alerts.
• Maintain a live pipeline of RFPs in Zoho CRM/Jira/Confluence and screen opportunities against qualification criteria.
• Open pursued bids in Jira, create working channels and build a compliance matrix for each requirement.
• Define internal timelines, organise kick‑off briefings, cross‑functional working sessions and decision‑making meetings.
• Assign response sections, track contributor inputs, and escalate delays to meet deadlines.
• Verify submissions for format, templates, page limits and required documents; coordinate administrative items with Finance and Legal.
• Manage upload or delivery of the final bid package and confirm receipt.
• Act as the single process owner while the sales or BD owner maintains client relationships and win strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end RFP or tender processes.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms and ability to maintain registrations and monitoring.
• Strong organisational skills to create timelines, coordinate teams and ensure compliance.
• Ability to act as single point of ownership for each bid while collaborating with sales and business development.
