Assistant to Resident Twinning Advisor (RTA)

About the role

The Assistant to the Resident Twinning Advisor (RTA) will support the daily coordination of an EU‑funded Twinning project aimed at strengthening the Competition Council of Moldova. Working closely with the Romanian RTA and the Moldovan counterpart, the assistant ensures smooth project administration and logistics in Chisinau.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including drafting minutes and maintaining records.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and expert missions.
• Provide administrative support to the RTA, handling correspondence and scheduling.
• Assist with translation and interpretation tasks when required, acting as a backup for the language assistant.
• Facilitate communication between the Romanian and Moldovan teams.

Required profile

• Relevant administrative or project support experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a bilingual environment.
• Flexibility to cover both administrative and language‑support duties.
