Application Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Application Management Specialist to join Cedacri International in Chisinau. The role supports the monitoring and handling of suspicious or blocked financial transactions, ensuring service continuity and compliance for our banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients.
• Manage suspicious or blocked transactions and communicate with end‑clients to gather additional information.
• Verify and validate the authenticity of financial operations.
• Collaborate with IT providers and internal stakeholders to maintain service continuity.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Perform additional tasks as the role evolves.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Economics.
• No prior software development experience required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Italian.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Ability to use and query relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
