About the role
The AI Transformation Lead will partner with founders and senior executives to turn AI opportunities into concrete, business‑focused roadmaps. This role bridges strategic vision with practical implementation, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements that translate AI opportunities into executable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, identify quick wins, and align technology choices with business goals.
- Guide cross‑functional teams through the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, adapting plans as needed.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or AI delivery.
- Strong stakeholder communication and business modelling abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering AI‑focused projects.
Required skills
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Automation workflow design and implementation
