AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Immigrant Invest is looking for an AI Automation Engineer to transform production AI prototypes into reliable, scalable systems. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI agents that already deliver business value, ensuring security, privacy, and high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑architect the AI content‑generation pipeline into a multi‑agent, fault‑tolerant system with checkpointing and parallel execution.
• Upgrade the customer‑facing WhatsApp RAG agent to production‑grade reliability, adding retries, rate‑limit handling, deduplication, and observability.
• Integrate Salesforce data into a unified event model for customer‑journey analytics.
• Launch an AI‑powered quality‑auditing agent for customer managers.
• Design a private AI environment on Azure or local LLMs for processing sensitive documents.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent quality and performance.
• Improve architecture, monitoring, documentation, and developer experience across the AI ecosystem.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year building and operating production LLM applications.
• Strong Python skills, including asynchronous programming, testing, and service architecture.
• Experience designing production services rather than prototypes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.
• Advanced English and Russian communication skills.
