Technical Lead (.NET/C#)

About the role

Avenga is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of high‑quality .NET solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with global teams and supporting customer interviews across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end application flows within distributed and micro‑services architectures.
• Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable .NET solutions using C#.
• Write and maintain unit tests, championing testable and high‑quality code across the team.
• Analyze complex technical challenges, make well‑reasoned decisions, and balance business and engineering needs.
• Review technical approaches, challenge assumptions, and incorporate diverse perspectives.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members.
• Communicate architecture decisions and trade‑offs clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other teams to ensure successful delivery and meet sprint and quarterly commitments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong C#.NET, and object‑oriented design expertise.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering end‑to‑end flows in distributed and micro‑services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model and aligning with core collaboration hours until 7–8 PM local time.
